Fay Hinkson joins Agility Metrics as Director of Research & Client Services

We’re happy to announce that Fay Hinkson has joined the Company in the role of Director of Research & Client Services. Fay will be responsible for managing Agility Metrics’ professional services team and will be responsible for leading all phases of client servicing, including research design, data analysis and reporting for all of Agility Metrics’ clients. Fay will manage the team of analysts, statisticians, and professional researchers to ensure that an excellent quality of service is provided to Agility Metrics’ clients.

2010 has been a breakthrough year for Agility Metrics, as we have separated ourselves from the pack by furnishing an unparalleled standard of service to our clients. With the hiring of this key talent, we now have another member of the management team who will continue to ensure and enhance our standard of quality customer focus and services, and this will be key as we enter what will certainly be a record year of growth for the company.

Fay is a seasoned market research professional with a wealth of industry experience. Prior to joining Agility Metrics, she held the position of Senior Analyst at Montreal-based iPerceptions, an online market research firm specializing in the e-commerce, hospitality, and automotive sectors. At iPerceptions, Fay was responsible for translating online research data into actionable recommendations and providing strategic guidance to a roster of Fortune 500 clients. Fay who earned an MBA from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, also worked for Ipsos and Hewlett Packard at earlier stages of her career.
